At NN Pure Herbs, we aim to provide quality Ayurvedic and herbal products to our customers. Please read this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on our website https://nnpureherbs.com/.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our customer support contact details.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For COD orders, repeatedly refusing or cancelling orders after dispatch may affect our ability to accept future orders.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our herbal and Ayurvedic products, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances.

A return or replacement may be considered if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received a product that is materially different from what you ordered.
  • The product is defective or damaged before use.
  • The package was visibly damaged during delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product should generally be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety and product-quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products where the seal has been broken
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products returned after the applicable return period
  • Products where the customer simply changes their mind after opening or using the product

We reserve the right to determine whether a returned product meets the eligibility requirements.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For faster resolution, you may be required to provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name and contact number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Unboxing video, where available
  • Description of the issue

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

5. Replacement

Where a replacement is approved, NN Pure Herbs may arrange a replacement shipment subject to product availability.

The replacement product may be shipped to the original delivery address unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

For prepaid orders, refunds may take a reasonable amount of time to reflect in the customer's account depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

For COD orders, if a refund is approved, we may request appropriate bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

Any applicable shipping or other charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted and applicable.

7. Refund for Failed or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to NN Pure Herbs because of reasons such as:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery address
  • Customer refusing delivery
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete contact details

the order may not qualify for a refund of shipping or handling charges.

For prepaid orders, any refund will be considered after deducting applicable shipping, return or other charges, where applicable.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on the part of NN Pure Herbs, such as dispatching the wrong product or a product that arrived damaged, we may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
